Terms

Horivo (www.horivo.com) is the storefront. The merchant of record is Qubnest. When these terms say “we,” “us,” or “Horivo,” they mean Qubnest operating Horivo.

We sell to customers in the United States only. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping your password private.

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if we reasonably believe it is used for fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.

A listing is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. We accept your order when payment is confirmed at checkout. The total on the order summary is the amount charged, including tax and shipping as shown.

Prices are in US dollars. We may correct obvious errors (for example a price that is clearly wrong) before the order ships. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will cancel it and refund that amount to the original payment method.

Pay on Horivo with a credit card. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and do not sit on Horivo servers. We may store the last four digits and brand of a saved card so you can reuse it.

You authorize us to charge the payment method you select for the order total, including applicable tax and shipping.

We ship to the US address you enter at checkout. Delivery estimates on a listing are not a promise. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to that address, or when the carrier first attempts delivery if nobody is available.

Check the name, street, city, state, and ZIP before you pay. Phone is optional. If the package is returned because the address was wrong, you may need to cover reshipping.

Phone number at checkout is optional. Next to the phone field is an optional, unchecked box to receive texts from Horivo. You only need to opt in once. After that the box does not appear again. Checking it is not required to buy. You can also opt in at www.horivo.com/sms, which is public and not behind a login.

That one opt-in turns on SMS offers in your account. Horivo (Qubnest LLC) may then send order, shipping, and offer alerts to that number. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. HELP replies with [email protected] and +1 631 653 7985. You can also turn SMS offers off in Account details. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We work with fulfillment partners to source and ship items. Photos, titles, and specs describe the product as listed. Color, finish, or packaging can vary slightly. If the item you receive is materially different, defective, or damaged, use the Returns page.

We do not manufacture every item we sell. Warranty, if any, is limited to what is stated on the listing or required by law. Except where the law does not allow it, products are sold as-is.

Returns follow the Returns page at www.horivo.com/returns. In short: unused items delivered in the United States may be returned within 30 days of delivery; do not mail anything until we email a US label or address; refunds go to the original payment method after the return center inspects the item.

If an order has not shipped, ask under Questions & requests if you want it stopped. Once it has shipped, use a return.

We do not swap sizes or colors on the same order. Return the item, then place a new order.

Nexa is Horivo’s on-site assistant. It can search the live catalog and explain how the shop works. It must not invent products, prices, or tracking numbers. Nexa is not a substitute for these terms, the Privacy Policy, or a human review of a return or refund.

You may not use the site to:

• Violate law, infringe anyone’s rights, or post malware
• Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the store beyond ordinary browsing
• Place orders with stolen payment methods or false identities
• Resell items as a business if we have not agreed to that in writing

Horivo, Nexa, the site design, and our original content belong to Qubnest or its licensors. Product photos and titles on listings may come from partners. You get a limited right to use the site to shop — nothing more.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Horivo and Qubnest disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some states do not allow certain disclaimers. If you live in one of those states, some of this section may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Horivo and Qubnest are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not let us limit, including certain claims for personal injury or fraud.

You will defend and indemnify Qubnest and Horivo against claims that arise from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law, except to the extent we caused the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that if you are a consumer you also keep non-waivable rights under the laws of the state where you live.

Before a lawsuit, email or write us through Questions & requests and give us 30 days to try to fix the issue. You and we may then bring individual claims in a court of competent jurisdiction. We both waive class actions to the extent the law allows. You may still use small-claims court for qualifying disputes.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the effective date. New terms apply to orders placed after that date. Material changes will be posted on this page.
